Configure Base Sepolia Network

ToneFinance alpha runs on Base Sepolia, a test blockchain. You need to tell MetaMask about this network so it knows where to find the app.

Option 1: Auto-Add (Easiest)

When you visit the ToneFinance app , you’ll see a popup asking to “Switch to Base Sepolia”. Just click it and MetaMask will automatically add the network for you. You can skip the rest of this page.

Option 2: Manual Add (If Auto-Add Doesn’t Work)

Step 1: Open MetaMask Settings

1. Click the MetaMask icon (top right of your browser)
2. Click the three dots (top right of the popup)
3. Select “Settings”

Step 2: Add Network

1. Click “Networks” in the left sidebar
2. Click “Add a network” button at the bottom
3. Look for “Base Sepolia” in the popular networks list and click it

Step 3: Manual Entry

Click “Add a network manually” and enter these details:

Then click “Add”.

Verify You’re Connected

1. Click the MetaMask icon
2. Look at the top where it shows the current network
3. It should say “Base Sepolia”

You’re all set! Next, you’ll need test ETH and USDC to use the app.
